Hello, I'm Stacy - the face behind In Your Head Nutrition! I'm an accredited degree qualified Nutritionist (BHSc Nutritional Medicine)​. You might recognise me as The Hills District Nutritionist​ but I've made a few changes to align my clinical focus on supporting mental health as well as my growing online client base.

I work with all kinds of people to help them reach their health goals. I provide consultations that are a safe, non judgemental space for you to bring me your health concerns. I use my science based education to develop a treatment plan tailored to your individual needs, with education and support to help you keep on track. In Your Head Nutrition is a fully online service, so you can access me from anywhere in Australia from the comfort of your own home. How convenient is that?!
